I see the whole thing??? On my phone the nose is cut off. Weird...

OK -weird. now I see the whole thing also. The nose was cut off on my screen the first time also - but it wasn't my phone. I just thought you were being artistic. LOL

I showed the picture to my dad (ex-Air Force mechanic, ex-commercial pilot):

"Wow. I like it. That is a Lockheed P3 Orion…submarine hunter/killer…good airplane."

Cool, glad ya all like it. Yes it is a P-3. I took it at fox field while the crown fire was going on. This one obviously was converted to fire fighting. I have about 8 hours on 2 flights as a flight engineer on P-3's when I was assigned to test pilot school. Very cool aircraft and very fast at low altitudes. At one point I remember doing 410 knots over hiway 14 on a simulated attack on a 18 wheeler. I was looking for a CHP at the time :)
